Space 1999: Eagle Freighter - Dinky
We offer here an absolute rare item from the 70s TV show "Space 1999" created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. It's a model of an Eagle freighter manufactured by the Dinky Company. The model is made from metal (die-cast) and was released in 1978. The freight cylinder mounting is completely removable. This mounting is equipped with a spinable rack for 4 freight cylinders. Further more there is a working winch with a magnetic bracket by which the freight cylinders can be roped up and down. The decals of the freight cylinders are included and they are, of course, not used. The original cardboard box is of course also included but it's slightly used. The Eagle freighter was taken out of the box only for taking the pictures. It comes in perfect condition without any traces of use and therefore it's a very special and seldom collector's item.
