The science fiction TV show "Space 1999" was created in the seventies by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. The most famous spaceships of this show are the Eagle transports, to whose design Gerry Anderson was inspired by the look of "2001 - A Space Odyssey". Here we offer a very special deluxe edition of such an eagle transporter. The model is highly detailed and completely gold plated (22 carat). The container is removable and can be presented separately. Included is an exclusive black wooden box which a shiny golden writing on its cover. The box is lined with a red fabric. A certificate of authenticity, hand signed by Gerry Anderson, is also included. Of this noble collector's item a strongly limited edition of only 500 pieces worldwide were produced in 1998.
