The science fiction short film "Mission Omega" was produced by director Dirk Woiciech. During the 3rd world war heads the "Omega" her way into space. Huge space stations are used for the first strike by the involved superpower nations. On the way a malfunction takes place and the "Omega" is thrown into unknown space while earth is destroyed in an atomic blowout. On board the "Omega" are the young astronaut Richard Krieger and Wolf Ettrich, who got there by accident. In the beginning, these last two human beings are not the best friends, but things change in a case of emergency.When an intruder alert goes off, they know, they are not alone... Here we offer the model of a space freighter out of this film. The very high detailed miniature is a completely origin design and not build after any known movie spaceship. This model is really screen used and completely handcrafted as a one piece prop. So you get a unique piece of film history. The elaborate paintjob and aging/weathering of the model turn it into highlight of any sci-fi collection. The model comes with an acrylic display base for a brilliant presentation.
