We have here an absolute true to detail replica of the MAC11 9mm submachinegun which was used by Kurt Russel aka Snake Plissken in the movie "Escape from New York", directed by John Carpenter in 1981. This replica gun is completely made from metal and comes with an authentic weight of 2.1 kg. The gun can be cocked and of course the bolt is opened by that. The fire selector for semi/automatic fire and of course the trigger are working. The magazine is removable and the scope and the silencer are detachable. There is a real and working scope used. The carrying strap is manufactured to match the one at the original prop. This replica gun shows even the smallest detail of the original movie prop and is absolutely high grade manufactured.
