In the first Alien movie ( "Alien", 1979, R: Ridley Scott) the spaceship Nostromo is diverted from the on-board computer "Mother" to an unknown planet . After initial discussions the crew lands on the stormy, dark, desert planet, to get things to the bottom and find the wreck of a alien spaceship. Some time after the crew returns to the Nostromo, a small creatures break through the chest of one of the crew members, Kane (John Hurt). It disappears into the dark, maze-like corridors of the ship and grows, in the course of the film, to the famous Alien (designed by HR Giger ).
