Order Procedure

• On all sides of our online store, top left (under the SPACEart logo) you can switch between English and German language versions.
• Look at our offers. Use the categories on the left side ("Movie and TV Models", "Erotic Models" and "All Products").
• In the item descriptions you can read infos about the kind of product ("Model kit", "Finished model" etc.), material, size, price etc.
• When you find an item that you would like to order, you add these into the shopping cart. To put an item in the shopping cart, you have to click on "ad to Shopping Cart"-button.
• Once you have put all of the items into your shopping cart which you would like to order, you have to click on "shopping cart" on the left side above. Here you can delte items if you want.
• To process your order fill out the fields for address, payment methos etc. and klick the "place your order"-button.

• COD (Cash on delivery):
  With "COD (Cash on delivery)", you only pay for the goods upon receipt from the postman.
• Prepayment:
  If you choose this paying method, we send you an invoice as PDF file via e-mail (if you wish, as a letter via postal service). Please balance the invoice within 10 days by transfer to our bank account.
• PayPal:
  We send you a PayPal-Money-Request and you have to use your PayPal-account. Note: You are not directed to the PayPal-website automatically by ordering. You receive the PayPal-Money-Request with our order confirmation.
• Credit Card:
  We will not debit the amount of the invoice from your credit card until the goods are ready to ship to you. We acept Visacard and Mastercard.
• Payment by installments:
  Yes, that is also possible. Please contact us (Contact and E-mail / Phone: +49 (251) 3794058).

When you pre-order not yet released products, you can choose if you want to pay directly or when the products are available. If you want to pay when the products are available, please leave an advice at the message-field downwards.

If you have ordered online and have given us your e-mail address, you will receive confirmation of your order from us via e-mail. If you have not supplied an e-mail address, we will send you confirmation of your order via regular mail. If you order via fax or via letter you will receive a confirmation of your order via regular mail. If you order via phone you will receive a confirmation of your order by word of mouth on the telephone :-)

Delivery time depends on method of payment and availability. Orders which have been placed with payment via credit card or COD (Cash on delivery) can be delivered immediately if the product is on stock. Orders via prepayment or PayPal can only be dispatched after receipt of payment. If the ordered items are on stock, delivery will take about 1 to 2 days within Germany and 2 to 14 days abroad. Should an ordered item not be available and delivery thus be delayed, we will, of course, inform you.
